Hinterland Electrification Company Inc., herein after referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the supply and delivery of line hardware for network upgrade and extension in Region 1.
Required period for supply: sixteen (16) Weeks from signing of contract.

All Bidders shall deposit one (1) hardcopy and two (2) electronic copies (flash drives only) with exact PDF versions of the hardcopy tender. Envelopes of the hardcopy and the electronic copies must be identically labelled. The electronic copies (flash drives) should be placed in a smaller envelope and properly affixed to the hardcopy submission. Bids must include a bid security to the sum of 2% of the bid price, in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Insurance bond or Manager’s Cheque, and placed in the tender box not later than 09:00 hours on the 25th of April, 2024 at the address:

Bids shall be valid during 120 days after the date of bid opening.
